This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the links for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets format.
Download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can start using it.
Guide
A new link on the left side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:
When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available for you:
If you click on the Home offering, this will go to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.
Post Links
Hit the Post Links title to take you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our blog test site with just a few URLs in it.
You will now see a list with two get more info columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.
Underneath the URL table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs click here you have.
You then also have the option to download the articles in Google Spreadsheets style.
Page Links
The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks check here are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.
If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
